What is a Money Cloud®?

Create a Money Cloud for each of your funding goals. We help make your goals tangible with the addition of pictures, colors, and a description of what your money is being used for. This additional information is an important reminder of why you're setting money aside and is a proven method to assist you in reaching your goals!

How do I deposit money to a Money Cloud?

When you first create a Money Cloud, you have the option to set up an automatic funding plan so you can add money without even thinking about it. Click the calendar icon on the Money Cloud details screen and follow the provided directions to set up your funding plan. Each of your Money Clouds can have its own automatic funding plan.

If you want to manually add money, just click on the 'Add Funds' button on the Money Cloud details screen and choose a funding source from the list of options provided. Type in the amount you'd like to add to your Money Cloud and click the 'Ok' button.

How do I get my money out of a Money Cloud?

You can withdraw money from a Money Cloud at any time by clicking the ‘Send Funds’ button, located on the Money Cloud details screen. Type in the amount you would like to withdraw, choose a destination from the list of options provided, and these funds will be withdrawn from your account. If you selected to send funds to your linked checking account, you should see the money in that checking account as soon as your bank completes the ACH process.

How do I edit or delete a Money Cloud?

If you want to change the details of a Money Cloud, simply click on the pencil icon on the Money Cloud details screen. On the next screen you can change any details you wish (goal amount, pictures, auto-funding, etc.). If you want to delete a Money Cloud entirely, simply click on the delete icon on the Money Cloud detail screen and acknowledge the presented approval dialog.

How do I change my password?

To change your Password, PIN, or any other personal details, just click on your Profile picture from the main menu. You will then be prompted to enter your current password for security reasons and then allowed to change your personal details. If you can't remember your password to log in to the app, click the "forgot password" link on the login screen and we will walk you through the steps of resetting it.
